How can I place an order?You can place an order right here on our website. Just add the items you would like to order to your cart, and check out!

I want to change/cancel my order. Is it too late? We work very hard to process your order as quickly as possible. In some cases, it may be too late to modify or cancel your order.  Contact us soon as possible at lunachicboutique@gmail.com and we’ll try our best to help you.

 How much does shipping cost?  Luna Chic is pleased to offer $5.95 flat rate shipping on all orders where Ground shipping (3-7 business days)  $16.95 flat fee for all international countries. We ship to worldwide!

 What types of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Military Star, and Diners Club. We DO NOT accept PayPal.

 What is our return policy? We have a 30 days return policy. Returns can be for refund, exchange, or store credit. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.  Underwear, socks, and tights are ineligible for refund or exchange. Special orders and custom orders, including embroidered and screen printed items, may not be returned or exchanged.If there is a defect with any merchandise shipped and the tags are no longer attached, please contact customer care within 30 days for a resolution.In general, we do not refund shipping charges.

 Do I have to pay for return shipping?Customers choosing to return their purchase for a refund to the original method of payment must ship item(s) back using a carrier of their choosing. Customers will be responsable for shipping charges
